CLIENT LOVE NOTES
"Tyler and her team at Baby Bloom were an absolute godsend to us when we were in need after having our newborn. Tyler was always so responsive and quick to jump on any question or request we had. She is also so incredibly understanding and easy to talk to, so she put us right at ease. Melanie and Juli are incredible newborn care specialists who made us feel very comfortable doing the overnight care in our home. They also taught us so much and treated our baby boy so well. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!" -Lauren T.
”Tyler and her staff at Baby Bloom are a fantastic group of professionals to leverage. Juli and Melanie were our night nannies for our newborn and were absolute lifesavers! We learned so much from them and they helped to assist and mentor us in a calming and supportive fashion. The communication and transparency shared by Baby Bloom were top-notch, especially with COVID being present in today’s environment. Tyler and her team took the utmost precaution in ensuring our family was safe, including masks, frequent hand washing, and temperature on entry to our home. If we ever have another child we will definitely look to work with Baby Bloom again!” - Mat T.
“In September 2020, I arrived at our new - entirely unpacked - house in Providence. With a 2-month-old and 2-year-old in tow, a physician husband trapped at the hospital 80+ hrs a week, no family or friends nearby, and a pandemic continuing to wreak havoc on our lives - I needed HELP! Enter: Juli. With equal parts tenderness and boundless energy, she stepped into our home and basically allowed me to put one foot in front of the other during a truly insane time for our family. She cared for our little Mimi with skill, thoughtfulness, and a healthy dose of laughter and fun. She completely went with the flow with my very feed-on-demand breastfeeding style, which I know can make her job harder sometimes. We joke that our (perhaps excessively smiley?) daughter has met her match with Juli - the two of them together just radiate smiles and joy all day long and it’s absurdly cute to witness. Juli started each day asking: what do you need to accomplish today? It was so helpful when - alone with two small children - I had another adult around to help me navigate the postpartum, post-moving, mid-pandemic fog. I was able to chip away at my list, unpack the seemingly endless moving boxes, and know my sweet baby was in the best hands. We actually asked Juli to stay on with us well-past her original contract. She captured all our hearts, especially the toddlers. Juli traveled to us for a week to Florida and made it possible for it to actually feel like VACATION. Juli’s caregiving style is marked by her deep love for children, am impressive well of patience for their parents, curiosity, resourcefulness (always researching, always learning more), and a sparkling sense of humor. She is the most thoughtful listener, which allows her to be highly adaptive to the families she works with. Juli is a true professional while remaining this vibrant and empathic human being. We love her SO much.” Marina M.
“We hired Juli as a nanny for our son when he was three years old. Juli is 1 in a million! She was extremely prepared, punctual, and took amazing care of our child. I was surprised by some of the activities that she did throughout the week. She was very patient, took her time with our child, and dedicated to her work. We are still in touch with Juli, and our child still asks for her. Hiring Juli was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made!”- Matt B.
“Juli was great! She worked with our toddler for one year. She was always punctual, loving, affectionate, sang, and taught Spanish. She’s great with routine and very experienced with younger children. My wife is a Pediatrician and I am a professor - we appreciated her organization and punctuality.” - Ben W.
”Julianne is professional, caring, and is great at meeting people where they are. She’s attentive and has a great work ethic. I’ve had her nanny on many occasions, and she truly has assisted me as a parent and as a friend. She exceeded expectations!” - Taisha A.“Where can I even begin! Investing in Baby Bloom was life changing for our family. I struggled with postpartum anxiety, triggered mainly by sleep deprivation, with our first child and I knew we could not go down that road again when we had our second child. Enter Baby Bloom. Despite our daughter arriving three weeks early, Tyler found a way to make the schedule work so we had support the week we arrived home from the hospital. During the 10 weeks our daughter was expertly cared for by Juli, a newborn care specialist on the Baby Bloom team, we were able to rest, continue to ensure our oldest child got the attention he needed, and gently establish healthy sleep habits for our newborn. At the end of our contract we felt confident we could maintain and build on those habits while also getting enough sleep ourselves. A true gift at a very challenging but beautiful time!” - Nicole P.
