About our Agency

What we do

Many factors play into recovery after giving birth; total responsibility of a teeny tiny new baby, physical rehabilitation, and sleeplessness. We understand just how tender and vulnerable time this is and that’s why we provide personalized support that not only relieves families of overwhelm, but allows them to rest, find their voice, and feel empowered during this major life transition.

Our Why

Baby Bloom aims to disrupt the way our society currently views newborn support and parent education, and promote utilization of these services in our community. We are firm believers in nurturing mothers as much as their babies, and we take pride in helping mothers maintain their health and become the best versions of themselves.

Meet our Founder

Tyler Grimes is a certified Perinatal Doula who supports families through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of parenthood. Since 2015, she has specialized in overnight newborn care, helping parents get the rest they need while making sure their babies are cared for with confidence and calm. Her approach is rooted in practical care, evidence-based education, and an intuitive understanding of what new parents truly need.

She knew she couldn’t (and didn’t want to) do it alone, so she set out to find the best, most experienced, and heart-centered group of specialists she could so that more families could experience balance, structure, guidance and harmony as they return home with their baby. Now, she and her team offer parents and newborns the support they deserve.

After the birth of her daughter, Campbell, Tyler’s work took on a new perspective. Campbell quickly became her best teacher, helping her better understand the real-life challenges and joys that come with early motherhood. That lived experience now better shapes how Baby Bloom supports other women and their babies—with deep empathy, shared experience, and a focus on meeting families right where they are.

Our team is our greatest asset. Each member brings unique qualifications and a shared commitment to our mission.

We are a heart-centered team that is committed to supporting families in a space free of judgment; to provide resources and evidence-based education that will enrich relationships between parents and their babies. All of our providers are CPR certified and specifically trained to help and educate in the areas of diapering, cord care, bathing, reading baby’s cues, breastfeeding and establishing healthy sleep habits with infants.
