    1. Scheduleyour free consult. During this call, we’ll discuss your unique needs. Whether your priorities are getting adequate rest, implementing healthy sleep hygiene, or planning to breastfeed exclusively — we’re here to help.

    2. We’ll select your perfect match. Our placement team will hand-select a doula that best fits your personalized criteria.

    3. Sign our Agreement and pay your deposit. This is what we need to officially secure your booking.

    4. Schedule a kick off call with your doula (upon request). This is the perfect opportunity to discuss goals, resources, and preparation for your little one!

    5. The magic begins. After you return home with your baby, you’ll have support to recover, have restful sleep, and enjoy life (even with a newborn).

  • Absolutely! Baby Bloom conducts an extensive screening process on each doula. Our requirements are:

    • Interview with Tyler Grimes, Founder & CEO

    • SSN check

    • Background Check

    • Training and Certifications

    • Experience with newborns and new mothers 

    • References

    • CPR/AED/First-Aid

    • Immunizations

    • Mother partnership style & work style

  • We do! In addition to CARROT and Maven, we accept most RI based plans. To verify your insurance plan is eligible for doula services, complete the form below:

  • Yes, we are an approved vendor and classified as 8050 MCC.

  • We kindly ask that you provide a bathroom and room with access to a chair or bed. It is also acceptable for your doula to stay in your baby’s nursery.
