"What is the process of hiring a nanny with Baby Bloom?"
1. Complete your Nanny Intake Form. This intake will get a better idea of expectations of your nanny, hourly rate, and preferred schedule.
2. Make a one-time payment + sign contract.* If you decide to bundle with Newborn Care Services: $350. (plus additional processing fee).* If you decide only on a Nanny Placement: $500. (plus additional processing fee).
3. The recruiting process begins. After your payment is received and the contract is signed, the recruiting process begins. Our placement team will send you a Google Doc with your upcoming nanny phone interviews with hand-selected candidates. (Also, some bonus phone interview questions for you to use.)
4. Phone interviews (Recommended). This is a time for you to decide if you would like to continue the process with your selected candidate(s).
5. In-Person interview (Recommended). After all initial phone interviews have been made, you may choose to meet your selected candidate for an in-person interview, at which point you can decide to hire.
"Do your nannies have background checks?"
Absolutely! Baby Bloom conducts an extensive screening process for each applicant. For each candidate, we require:

How long does it take to find the right nanny?
On average, it takes 2-6 weeks to find the right fit depending on your family's criteria, location, and schedule.
How do you recruit your nannies?
We find our nannies a few different ways, including referrals, online recruiting, word of mouth, and nanny networks.
Do you provide nanny contracts?
We sure do! We can provide you with a nanny contract for an additional fee.
What if the nanny doesn’t work out after a certain period of time?
Nanny placements are guaranteed for thirty (30) day period, If the nanny should resign or is discharged for any reason within the first 30 days of employment, we will replace the Nanny at no additional charge.
