Night Nanny

The health and wellness of a mom is just as important as her baby.

a brief bio

My name is Michelle! I am married to my amazing husband, Dominique and have three children: PJ, Nicko and Zuri.

I love children but the newborn stage is my favorite. This tiny little human who must rely solely on you - but they change our entire world and make it so much better. It’s a life changing moment where you need them just as much as they need you. And have you ever picked up newborn clothing? How could you not fall in love?! As for new moms, they are often forgotten. Most people flock to the baby but forget how important the moms are after birth. There is so much they need and no one knows that better than a mom who has lived through it. If I can be their voice or shoulder to lean on, I can make that much of a difference in the mommy world.

When I’m not singing your baby a lullaby, you can find me spending time with family and friends, at the beach, or cuddled up on the couch with my dog.

RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE

DP Family - Overnight Newborn Care

Provided overnight care for a family's first newborn, ensuring peace of mind for two busy working parents. With the father frequently traveling for professional commitments and the mother needing additional nighttime support, my role was crucial in maintaining a calm, organized environment. I was responsible for preparing and feeding formula, and ensuring all overnight care tasks were completed efficiently while the baby slept. These tasks included washing and sterilizing bottles, pump parts, and pacifiers; laundering and folding newborn clothes; changing bedding; and fully restocking the nursery. I also set up the nighttime care station with all essentials—bottles, nipples, pacifiers, burp cloths, extra outfits, diapers, bottled water for parents, tissues, and other necessities. At the end of each shift, I provided a detailed, neatly organized log for the parents, outlining the night’s activities and care.
