Beth
Experienced newborn care provider
“I love working with new moms and newborns because of it being such special time in a family’s life. I find being able to provide knowledge, and a calm and loving environment to be incredibly rewarding. I am always very grateful to be a special part in a new baby’s life, and take that role very seriously!”
a brief bio
Beth has spent over 20 years supporting families through the tender and transformative early months of parenthood. Based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, Beth brings extensive knowledge of newborn and infant care, along with a deep understanding of early development. She especially loves working with young babies—selfishly for the snuggles, but also because she recognizes the profound impact of being a steady, compassionate support system for new mothers.
From an early age, Beth knew she was meant to care for children, and that calling has shaped her life’s work. Today, as a devoted mother of two, she continues to pour her experience, empathy, and gentle guidance into helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for during their transition into parenthood.
“When I am not soothing your precious newborn to sleep, you can find me on the soccer bleachers rooting for my kids!”

RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE
MB - Overnight Care
Assisted a breastfeeding mom wean her 11 month old from overnight feedings. Worked on self soothing skills and independent sleep. Baby needed lots of TLC through this transition. Was able to work with mom on best way to implement sleep training and follow that through to provide baby with self soothing skills and independent sleep. Successfully was able to assist in weaning and sleeping through the night of the baby.
VL Family - Overnight Care
Assisted in the transition of a new family through adoption. Provided complete care for newborn from 12am-10am. Baby was in Nicu for 2 weeks prior to adoption, and had required detox from drug use by bio mom. Was able to work with family and follow Nicu routine, while also providing support to baby while she continued to work through some feeding and other issues. Baby needed lots of extra TLC in the beginning, however with time , I also was able to create an overnight sleep and feeding schedule, and successfully had baby sleeping 8 hours overnight by 3 months old.
JF Family - Overnight Care
Provided complete care for newborn for mom with Bi Polar disorder. Sleep and recovery from c section for the mom was the main priority, so care for the newborn from 10pm-10am was solely mine. Some of my responsibilities included, Feedings, creating feeding schedule, diaper changes, baths, as well as laundry and nursery maintenance. I was able to see the baby had undiagnosed reflux, and communicate with mom to help get that resolved, as well as provide knowledge and care on how to support a baby with reflux. Mom was very young, and my knowledge and experience with newborns was very helpful as I was able provide education for the mom, as well as love and care for the baby.
