Advanced Certified Newborn Care Specialist + perinatal Doula

Baby Bloom was created out of my love for newborns, and deep compassion for the moms who should be nurtured just as much.

a brief bio

Tyler Grimes has enhanced the lives of young children and their families since 2009. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a preschool educator for over five years. Tyler has a knack for creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment in combination with creating a partnership with the parents in setting and achieving goals for their children. Her focus is to build the path to your family’s health, happiness and harmony. As an Advanced Certified Newborn Care Specialist, she brings her love and compassion to one of the most critical and challenging times in a new mother’s life. Tyler understands that no two babies, mothers, or family dynamics are the same — she uses her attunement to assess what is needed in each unique situation. Her experience includes traveling to various destinations working with newborns, twins, preemies, and conditions such as reflux and colic. Tyler’s calming and diligent approach allows her clients to feel safe and at ease, relieving much of the stress that new mothers so often experience. When a new mother is well-rested and relaxed, they have less postpartum difficulties, and a smoother transition not only for them but for the family as a whole.

When I’m not soothing your sweet newborn to sleep, you can find me sipping on an iced chai latte, watching a good true crime documentary or tossing a ball to Finley, my sweet fox red lab!

Client love notes

  • “The decision to hire Baby Bloom was the BEST decision we could have made for our family. Tyler (and Emily!) provided us, as new parents, with such invaluable information, comfort, and sleep! Although we only used the service for 2 weeks (5 nights/week), we felt so prepared to take on the nights solo and our daughter was already sleeping 5 hour stretches. Now, our 3-month old sleeps through the night and I truly believe that Tyler and Emily are to thank for that. I would not hesitate to recommend Baby Bloom to all mamas out there, and will definitely be using them again with my next baby!” - Molly T

  • “I cannot say enough good feedback about Baby Bloom and Tyler. This service is priceless and Tyler is so knowledgeable, gentle, smart, and nurturing. I know any parent would trust her 100% with their new baby. As a mom of four children, I still needed her advice and feedback with our fifth baby. Tyler helped me all throughout my pregnancy and eased my concerns about sleeping issues and transitioning our new baby into our home. Tyler helped through email and in person all during my pregnancy and even brought over a gift for my youngest two boys. Baby Bloom and Tyler are one of the best financial decisions a parent can make for safety, happiness, and peace of mind taking home a new little baby. Do not hesitate to use Baby Bloom to help your family.” - Lynsey C.

  • “Tyler from Baby Bloom has been an absolute blessing! We have benefited from all of her services virtually as we live in Florida. As first time parents, we didn’t even know where to begin. We contacted Baby Bloom in our first trimester and Tyler helped guide us along the way- from setting up a Virtual Newborn Care Class with a registered nurse, to reviewing our registry and making suggestions for products we didn’t even know baby would need! Our daughter was sleeping through the night at just 4 weeks old thanks to the customized sleep schedule she fabricated for us. At 3 months old, she is now sleeping 12 hours through the night! We also benefited from the Nanny Placement Services and found our dream nanny! Tyler helped us create a nanny contract that suited our family’s needs, and found someone that understood our concerns when it came to COVID.Tyler has been an absolute dream to work with. She listens to our feelings and concerns and always has a solution. She is transparent in a very kind way, and has made us feel like we are wonderful parents through her encouraging words and helpful suggestions. We look forward to continue working with Tyler as our baby’s schedule changes. Thank you Baby Bloom!!!! - Michelle B.
