Trained Postpartum & Birth Doula

Witnessing the bond between a mother and her newborn is precious. The first couple months postpartum can be challenging, and being able to offer an extra hand in making it a little less stressful brings me such joy.

a brief bio

RECENT WORK EXPERIENCE

MP Family - Daytime doula Care

Provided comprehensive daytime support for a family welcoming their third baby, ensuring the newborn’s needs were met while helping the household run smoothly. Managed all aspects of newborn care, including feeding support, diapering, soothing, and monitoring baby’s comfort and well-being. Assisted with light household tasks such as meal prep, tidying, laundry, and maintaining a calm, organized environment so parents could rest and focus on recovery. Offered guidance and reassurance as needed, while seamlessly integrating care for the newborn into the family’s daily routine.

AC Family - Overnight Newborn Care

Supported parents as they brought their little girl home! As parents often are, they were thrilled but somewhat terrified to navigate life with their little one — with a bit of guidance, education, and emotional support they eased into their role with grace and expertise. I provided tips on how to maximize sleep time in the crib and their little one was loving the crib and sleeping for 3-4hr stretches!

TG Family - Daytime Doula Care

Supported first-time parents in navigating parenthood by addressing newborn sleep challenges and fostering healthy habits. Implemented developmentally appropriate routines to promote restful sleep and smoother daily rhythms. Coached parents on sleep practices, soothing strategies, and responsive infant care, building their confidence and skills. Provided a calm, reassuring presence while offering practical, hands-on guidance tailored to the family’s needs.

Private Practice - Pediatric Dental Assistant

Provided chairside assistance to pediatric dentists, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patient care. Prepared treatment rooms, sterilized instruments, and maintained strict infection control protocols. Assisted with taking and processing dental X-rays, charting, and updating patient records. Supported young patients by explaining procedures in a friendly, reassuring manner to ease anxiety.
