Postpartum Doula

We help you get more sleep, recover, and find your rhythm as a family.

At Baby Bloom, we believe postpartum is forever—and the way you’re supported during this season matters. From those first tender days home, your doula will step in with tender newborn care, evidence-based guidance, and hands-on support designed to make life feel a little lighter while giving you the space to rest, recover, and simply be with your baby.

We’re not here to take over—we’re here to help you bloom. As your confidence grows and your family finds its rhythm, our support gently evolves with you, until one day, you realize, you’ve got this!

Our goal is to create a space for mothers to recover and heal.

It’s noted that it typically takes around 4-5 months for a new family to find its’ rhythm after having a baby. With a doula’s support, this transition can happen much easier.

So, what’re the perks of working with Baby Bloom?

  • Baby Planning Consultation

Support with us can start before your baby arrives. During this complimentary consultation, we’ll help you think through your postpartum recovery, help build your registry with what-haves, and create a care plan designed around your family’s unique needs.

  • Newborn Sleep Consultation

Every Baby Bloom family has access to a pediatric sleep consultation. During this call, we’ll help you understand your baby’s sleep, establish healthy foundations, and find gentle strategies that work for your family—without a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • Postpartum Wellness Consultation

This one is all about you. We’ll talk through your recovery, current challenges, and what support you need most, then create a personalized plan based on your unique needs as a person—because caring for your baby starts with caring for you, too.
