a brief bio

Elizabeth (Eli) has always found so much joy in caring for children, beginning with her experience as a nanny. After becoming a mother herself, however, she gained an entirely new appreciation for just how important knowledgeable, compassionate support can be during the postpartum period.

Her own experiences navigating milk protein intolerance, reflux, gas, and digestive discomfort with her children have given her a personal understanding of how challenging the newborn stage can feel, particularly when parents are exhausted and trying to determine what their baby needs. These experiences deepened her interest in newborn development and the many changes that take place during the first several months of life.

She especially enjoys supporting families as they learn their baby's individual cues and rhythms, from feeding and digestion to sleep, soothing, wake windows, and developmental changes. She understands that every newborn is different and enjoys helping parents become more confident in recognizing their baby's needs while establishing gentle, developmentally appropriate routines.

It is an honor for her to support families as they welcome a new member into their lives. She loves being someone parents can trust to take over the responsibilities of newborn care long enough for them to truly rest, recover, and recharge. Helping parents feel supported and confident is incredibly rewarding—and all of the sweet newborn snuggles are an added bonus!
