Trained birth and postpartum doula

When I am not soothing your precious newborn to sleep, you can find me spending quality time with my wonderful children

a brief bio

With over 30 years of experience supporting families, Cheryl brings both professional expertise and heartfelt passion to her work as a birth and postpartum doula. Throughout the years, she has had the privilege of caring for newborns of all kinds—including multiples, preemies, babies with colic or reflux, and walking alongside mothers navigating perinatal mood disorders.

As a loving and personable mother of seven (having seven c-sections!), she knows firsthand the joys and challenges of the postpartum journey. Drawn to babies since her pre-teen years, nothing brings her more joy than comforting a newborn, answering a mother’s questions, and helping families feel confident and cared for.

Her approach is gentle, nurturing, and personalized as she strives to create a safe space where new mothers feel supported, guided, and uplifted as they embrace this transformative season. Her passion has always been babies, and it is truly an honor for her to support families as they grow.
