“What I love most is being able to make those early days of motherhood feel a little less overwhelming by offering reassurance, guidance, and genuine support. There’s something incredibly special about caring for a newborn while helping a new mother feel confident, understood, and cared for herself.”
Chantal is a dedicated Newborn Care Specialist, Birth and Postpartum doula, and proud mother with a passion for helping families feel confident and supported during the newborn stage.
She specializes in overnight newborn care, providing much more than an extra set of hands. Chantal helps families navigate feeding challenges, understand their baby's sleep patterns, and gently establish healthy, age-appropriate sleep routines.
Her goal is not only to help parents enjoy a restful night's sleep but also to provide the knowledge, consistency, and personalized strategies that make their days and nights easier long after her shift ends.
As a mother herself, Chantal understands the importance of quality rest, reassurance, and experienced support. She takes pride in making a meaningful difference in each family's postpartum journey, offering compassionate, individualized care that helps parents feel empowered and supported.
“When I am not soothing your precious newborn to sleep, you can find me spending time with my husband, our little boy, and our dog. We love being outdoors, exploring new places, and finding fun things to do together. And when I’m not busy chasing after my toddler, I enjoy getting in a good workout or having a little time to myself!”

APPROACH & WORK STYLE
My approach to overnight newborn care goes beyond making sure your baby is fed, changed, and comfortable throughout the night. I focus on understanding each baby's feeding patterns, sleep cues, and individual needs to help establish consistent, age-appropriate routines that support better sleep over time. I assist with bottle feeding, burping, soothing, and managing common newborn challenges such as reflux, gas, frequent wakings, and day-night confusion. As babies grow, I work with parents to gradually encourage longer stretches of nighttime sleep when developmentally appropriate, without rushing milestones or compromising feeding needs. I also take care of the little things that make a big difference, including washing and preparing bottles, keeping the nursery clean and stocked, organizing baby essentials, and handling baby laundry. My goal is for parents to wake up not only well-rested, but also with a better understanding of their baby, a more manageable routine, and practical strategies they can confidently continue long after our time together.
