Ashley is a compassionate caregiver who is deeply committed to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As a military spouse and a new mother herself, she has a firsthand understanding of the physical and emotional challenges that come with welcoming a newborn and navigating early parenthood. Ashley believes every parent deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered during this tender season of life.

She is passionate about offering gentle guidance while always fostering a safe and nurturing environment. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based education and a deep respect for each family’s unique journey. Ashley considers it a true honor to walk alongside mothers as they build confidence and to support families as they settle into this beautiful new chapter with their precious newborns.


When I’m not soothing your baby to sleep, you can find me spending time with sweet but busy son Colton, trying new coffee shops with my husband Riley, or at the gym!

  • Troubleshoot potential issues of concern with the newborn and offer professional options to resolve them

RECENT CASES

KN Family - Postpartum Doula Care

Provided evidence-based postpartum doula care for a first time family as they adjusted to life with a newborn. Supported the mother's breastfeeding journey through education, encouragement, and hands-on guidance while assisting with newborn feeding, diapering, soothing techniques, and establishing healthy daily routines. Promoted age-appropriate developmental activities to encourage bonding and early sensory development, while providing comprehensive newborn education on infant cues, safe sleep, normal newborn behavior, and confidence-building strategies to empower parents during the transition into parenthood.

MV Family - Birth Education, Birth Support, Postpartum Doula Care

Provided comprehensive birth doula support to a first-time family through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. Offered prenatal education, including childbirth preparation, Newborn Care 101, and personalized birth plan curation to help parents feel informed and confident in their birth preferences. Offered continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout their last days of pregnancy into delivery while advocating for the family's goals. Following birth, provided compassionate postpartum support as the mother navigated postpartum anxiety, offering reassurance, education, evidence based resources, and practical guidance to bring confidence, promote emotional well being, and ease the transition back home as a family of three.

SB Family - Postpartum Doula Care

Provided postpartum doula care for a family with an exclusively breastfed infant diagnosed with a milk protein intolerance. Supported the mother as she navigated postpartum anxiety by offering compassionate emotional support, reassurance, and helpful resources while fostering confidence in her parenting journey as a mom of 2. Assisted with infant soothing, diapering, and developmentally appropriate activities, while educating the family on infant cues, sleep, and age-appropriate expectations. Guided the mother in maintaining a dairy-free breastfeeding diet, recognizing signs of infant discomfort, and establishing routines that promoted both maternal well-being and healthy newborn development.

MH Family

Provided pediatric sleep coaching beginning when the infant was one month old. Developed a developmentally appropriate daytime schedule tailored to the baby's age, temperament, and little personality, with guidance on awake windows, feeding optimization, soothing techniques, and realistic sleep expectations. Lots of parent education was offered to help this first time mom navigate the uncertainty of newborn life, offering reassurance, effective strategies, and confidence building support as she managed postpartum anxiety and a desire for greater predictability. Through consistent coaching, responsive caregiving, and gradual implementation of healthy sleep habits, the family made significant progress, with the infant independently waking only once overnight by two months of age while continuing to thrive and meet developmental milestones.

AA Family - Overnight Care & Daytime Doula Care

Provided a calm and safe daytime care and some overnights for a family of 3 who just got home from a 2.5 month NICU stay. Assisted mom and dad with transitioning from life in the hospital to life at home! Provided special care for both mom and baby. Baby was born at 27 weeks due to complications with pregnancy. Worked with mom to help BF after exclusively pumping. Helped wash/ sterilize pump parts, bottles and dishes. Helped ease the stress of the transition from bottle/syringe feeding to BF. Worked with mom to help her feel comfortable and safe while she was also still healing. Baby suffered from Reflux which required medication and extra needs such as holding up right 30 minutes after feed and feeding in a mostly upright position. Helped mom and dad feel reassured that their baby was safe and comfortable while they got the rest they needed! Baby was not able to get circumcised in hospital- had to wait till had the appropriate weight gain and vaccinations. Helped mom and dad transition diaper changes with circumcision care. Celebrated all of baby and mom’s new success every day. Big and small!

BA Family - Daytime Newborn Care

Daytime Newborn/postpartum care. Worked with a family from transitioning to a family of 3 to family of 4. Dad had to go back to work early. Worked with mom to help create as much of a schedule as possible while navigating through this challenging time. Helped diaper changes, feeding, dishes and bottles. Helped mom transition into life with 2 kids! Helped prepare lunches for older kid for school and mom. Kept mom well hydrated and helped cook meals to increase supply. Used gentle reassurance with tips/tricks with a newborn who wanted to sleep all day and party alllll night!
